I noticed above on the tool bar above with the buttons with the rules ect. There is to the left three members with buttons for their profiles. Do, they change randomly and what is this for?

It was never explained to me, but I believe it's just a profile link that Raz (our webmaster) added as a way to randomly feature Blitz members. Unfortunately, Raz is dealing with real life stuff, so I can't ask him.
