I'm looking for some new/old opponents for some tough mbt\ww2 battles
Hi. Once we started a game in mbt, not the end. Could play a mean battle. I have several games so I could answer 3 turns per week minimum. But leave it for later if you prefer something more intense.
Regards
it's perfect for me
please, send me a mail with your battle ideas
thanks
ciao

I'm game for WW2, with one caveat; If you are a 'Z' key aficionado please say so. By aficionado i mean you use the 'Z' key almost every turn with almost every unit. I know how to deal with that sort of gaming of the system but it requires gaming of the system on my part.
How about something a little different?
October 01, 1938. There was no Munich Conference. Chamberlain fell and broke his neck. Winne was elected to replace him. So Hitler got told to 'bugger off'. Hitler then completed his plan for adding Czechoslovakia to his bag. Only Czechoslovak is NOT Austria.
This could be either a M/E, set after the Stukas have broken the Czech's fortification or as an assault/defend or the breaking of those fortifications. You can pick the sides. I suggest 3500 Points for the M/E. That wiill give both sides a Brigade or so. For the Assault Defend 9,000 vs 3,000 seems about right. I'm very open to adjusting those numbers since they are pretty deep in the WAG zone. 9K pretty much puts the Nazi's up in the 500 unit area, while dropping down to 4500 assaulting 1500 means no defence for the Czechs. Not sure where a fair and balanced median is.Jester

I use "z" fire, but I don't like it very much
I like your battle idea
I've never played czech side
I think we should start with a meeting engagement
I'd like to play without ammo supplies (no arty overpower)
you can set up the battle (custom map?) and send me the files
any slot is ok
ciao
Kool. No ordinance sections. Custom map. Is the Yugosolovia one OK, it is huge, 200 by 100 and is early late winter with snow on the higher elevations and mud in the lower. Sort of an early snow then melted map.
Any slot as in past 5? I will use the Range filter if you have the CD. I will leave the length and vis to what ever the program selects. Random air and all switches on.
Should have it off to you in an hour or so.
I might need to PM you for your E-mail. I don't know how to do file attachments through the Blitz. Not real keen on learning.

Hi Beppe42, I'll play anything you want. Have evolved very clear (realistic) rules on when and how the Z key can be used with my non-Blitiz opponents. We strive for realism and enjoyment over winning and have a set of guidelines that we use in force selection.
Very Best
Simon
