After many years, my trusty PC has bitten the dust. A new PC is here and active, but time is need to recover files and the like.

Computer up and running. Still awaiting word on old hard drive and if anything can be recovered from it.

I have lost everything on my hard drive.
I am downloading a shiny new copy of CS at the moment. Turns should be going out sometime today.

That's too bad.. I had a portable HD die that I used for travel and I lost all the data on them... I was not happy...
That is exactly why I buy the CD version of any game... I may pay to DL it if I want to start immediately, but I will also pay the extra for the CD version... hard copy of the game is invaluable IMHO...
Load it, then store it... My Matrix CS game has been to Iraq and Afghanistan... still works as I loaded it on my lap top after the previous two laptops died...
I did also get a CD copy with this purchase!
