I've never looked at it, maybe I should have, but seems there are too few scenario's made to qualify, hell, none of mine ever made it to it, which means either they aren't played, or there is little interest, or they just plain suck, I don't know, since nobody ever leaves any feedback! Just my opinion...
I like the idea. Because it focuses on good scenarios to play. Not sure why this did not take hold.

Once I asked input on some of the best scenarios. Got good feedback and have played many of them.

I noticed that when "scenario of the month" was in the main section it got more attention but it still had to be advertised by Scud
I am with Zap, great idea but little support for some reason or other.

Warhorse: There was a Custom Scenario of Month poll as well for, well, custom scenarios. That poll did not gain wind under it sails either...

Please help me understand these poll results...

Only a handful of folks have provided feedback and of these handful of players, a majority want to keep the "Scenario of the Month" thread.

But, since we started this feature back in June 2011, there have been 8 threads with no posts. The majority of "Scenario of the Month" threads only generate 1-2 responses. February 2013 was "missed" this year and there have been no "Scenario of the Month" threads since March, but nobody is missing them?

I need more compelling reasons to keep and maintain this feature... than a handful of folks who want to keep it and historically anemic participation by our CS community.
Mike I think that's a symptom of the CS community as a whole. We CS fans are a slowly dying breed whether we like it or not. Ladders are down some 20 players each year.

Having said that, CS enjoys some of the most committed players around. It is a truly fabulous little engine and I for an example can't see another game I would continue to play in a similar manner. The only other series I spent time are the certain Total War eras, and while I love them to bits as well they are about solitary gaming not about community and H2H gaming such as this.

Maybe the eventual Modern War release will bring new players in. Still, the masses are with the modern first person shooters and I don't see any changes to that.

So I don't know. If this is not too much trouble keep it. I guess there's not a much of trolling going around in this particular forum. I do like the topic, and it has prompted me to try new scenarios a couple of times.
