The updates for 1814, Bautzen and Leipzig should be out soon. I am in the midst of finalizing these and should have the files up to John Tiller's server by tomorrow.

Things fixed:

For all:

Dragoon regiments for most nations will now be D type - no firearm - which gives them a bonus of 15 percent in the attack. Most French dragoons downgraded from Heavy class (except for the Dragoons from Spain) while some were upgraded from Light class. Prussian dragoons downgraded from Heavy class. Russian and Austrian dragoons upgraded from Light class. Confed of the Rhine dragoons remain as is. Swedish dragoons upgraded from Light to D type.

Leader face problem - Nansouty now using correct image.

Notes files have a note about the TEC.pdf file - not all scenarios have standard cost for terrain and the players will have to refer to the PDT Help section where needed.

Cavalry cost for Chateau hexes now set to ZERO - they may not enter chateau hexes. Contact us if you find a chateau which is blocking NORMAL movement of cavalry. I couldn't find any that were in the way. If they were in the way another route could be found around the hex.

Game specific issues:
Bautzen - problems with path movement for artillery and wagons in non-Lutzen battles fixed. (Lutzen only uses paths for fords)

Leipzig - a few maps were corrected. PDT file fixes for terrain where needed.

1814 - again, PDT files updated where needed for terrain costs. Mainly to do with the Path cost.

All Help Desk tickets were addressed. If you sent a note to Rich Hamilton I did get it and I did correct it in the updates.

I would like to think that I will not be having to do another Leipzig update. By January of next year I will be thinking the same way for 1814. And a year this month the same for Bautzen.

I am cutting way back on doing updates much after the game has released. Please be sure to report any errors you catch in these products ASAP so that I can get to them. At some point in time I will cease doing updates on these titles. Not quitting on Leipzig yet but you get the idea - after doing updates for Eckmuhl for 13 years I would like to cease that level of support.

Pretty much if the PDT file format changes it will be up to someone else to bring them up to date. That set of HPS updates for EC/WC/JA nearly wore me out! I swore after those that I would never do an intensive update of any title I worked on again.
Thanks Bill for all the effort and all of the info. It is greatly appreciated!
