Probably because of the exe's in it? Where does it say malicious, in the download manager at bottom left? Isn't there a pulldown menu to select keep/discard or something like that? If not, try this, from my Dropbox

Any chance for a new link on this update, after all this time has passed? None of the links, other then the main download work anymore (which is understandable after all this time) But have tried to get any or all updates, but a lot of links don't exist anymore, sadly.
