Has anyone tried these games on a Intel-based Windwos 8 tablet? is it even possible by touch, without a keyboard?

IIRC, an earlier thread about a year ago determined think that these games are not able to be played by a touch screen interface on a tablet PC. There may be a workaround for a virtual mouse by now. I am not sure of that though.

Hmm...I use my Windows Surface to remote into my PC, and some games are fairly easy to play....but I haven't tried PzC. I would think that it would be okay, because the Surface does have a touch mouse pad. (on the keyboard cover)

I recently installed HP TouchSmart computers in my office running Windows 7 (which I love), so I downloaded the Mius demo onto mine just now and gave it a whirl. I was able to highlight and move units, but firing artillery from the arty menu was problematic since I didn't have a right-click option.
