Hi Sgt_Rock,
if you mean a "War in the East" full scale scenario there is FITE (Fire In The East) or 1941-45 Great War in The East. Otherwise there are a lot of smaller scenarios covering almost every battle in the ww2 eastern theatre.

Directive 21 is excellent as well. Single player German (Soviet AI is the only option) at divisional level modeling the entire war in the east.
