On-board aircraft in JTCS WF & EF2 can only be shot/targeted by
AA type units. Naval and Armour units can shoot/target on-board
aircraft only when there is only (1) one unit type in a hex and this
is only sometimes. Rec aircraft notwitstanding!
Does anyone know why this happens and is there any known corrections.
