I usually just email somebody off the ladders but with the Tiller ladder there is no list of 'games owned'. I probably just don't know where to look.

The best way to find an opponent for any specific title is to post for a game on the forum as you have done for F14, picking players out from the ladder is a much more random and time consuming way to find an opponent.
