Hi Cuckoo,
I'd agree on most of your parameters,except 5% arty,no excesive z-fire.
And would perfer go no more 3K on any battle(but will bump up) of your choice.
Have lastest version and CD all slots open.

Give me Soviet Union. For 5k points at least 120x120 size map please. Interesting Z-fire rule... but it´s fine too. I´ll try to remember it...

Setup on BASIC security; I use 2 different PCs and the game will crash unless BASIC.
