Before a new Ladder can be considered we need to see that there is an ACTIVE core of players.
This is because we need to keep this site manageable and we have had previous experience of setting up a new Ladder and not enough results were posted to justify its existence.
I would suggest that you start a Club wide poll (I can do this on your behalf) to determine if there will be enough players to justify it.

Yes, lets get a poll up. I would join that ladder...I hope there are enough players for this underappreciated game.
As Toni said we will consider anything as long as it fits our ladder systems and there is interest shown by 20 or so players, if you also post at Matrix maybe ask members there if they would play it at the Blitz and to post their interest as well? ;)
