Does Red Victory have tutorials and other in game help aids?
I learn best by "doing" as opposed to "reading."
I like to work through a tutorial... and refer to the user manual as needed.

I assume you havent received the game yet. In RV, number 000 scenario is the tutorial scenario. Play that scenario while reading Started.pdf. It will give you general info on the system. Tutorial scenario is generally an easy one as expected. Actually in RV it is the easier version of an existing scenario.
Game also has 4 tactical tutorial (training) scenarios (number 001, 002, 003, 004). Play those scenarios solo first. All of them are meant to be played from a certain side and tactical perspective. After a couple of solo games play them against a human opponent who is willing to help you. Dont worry if you loose, because they are tough scenarios designed for training. They dont have supporting pdf file but you will find some help and suggestions in the scenario text file.
ps: If you like I can play those training scenarios. We dont have to report them so you can focus on your moves.

Correct. I have not ordered / or received Red Victory. Will place my order the end of this week.

It's a good choice. I think you'll enjoy the game that Ozgur put together. Deep scenarios, lots of fun.
