This is an Airfix 1/72 ME-110C, I went dirty on this one, its my first attempt at a distressed winter scheme, I'm not sure I'm sold on it yet but I guess it turned out ok.

Helmet Smile Nice job!!! Helmet Rolleyes
When I 1st saw your 1st picture before I read your original comments, I thought it looked like desert camo. Now I know it is a weathered winter one and it looks really good.

Thanks for sharing with us!
A dirty bird that shows battle wear, excellent job,Jim
That's a lovely finish there Jim, you should be very happy with that 110.
I have yet to try a distress scheme like that...I would be very happy if I could get one to come out looking that realistic.
Kudos to you bro.
Thanks guys, I finished the model in standard splinter scheme then sprayed it with hair spray, after that dried a molted coat of acrylic white, once the white was dry A Q-tip and some warm water used to remove some of the white. By the way Jason thanks for turning me on to Flory models, its a great site...Cheers6
Oh! Have you joined Flory Models?
I will have to keep an eye out.
My name there is JasonYoung...drop me a PM.
If you have not joined properly, you should, just to gain access to the forums. They are the best bit of the site IMO.

Very nice! I can see the old camo paint under the "little" worn out winter camo. My first thought was that this was from a scrap yard :)
Somebody better jack up the pilot and ground crew, looks like that 110 is in need of some TLC!

Looks great.
