Hi boys

Just as the subject says im stepping down from the Sp commanders spot.

But First things first. My apoligies to all for my absence from the boards and from playing and from running tournaments. Its the same old reason but RL has taken me away from gaming and there is no drive, no passion for any form of gaming any more. Life for me is going good, real good but its just left no room left to game.

Secondly with my departure from the top spot Im looking for a suitabily qualified person to step up. As i undertsand IMP has been absent aswell. So if your interested please shoot the boss Foul a PM and state your intentions and give him some reasons why you should be in this spot.

Dont take it on lightly, the boards can be slow but its the CO's job to keep it going and breath some life into things. During my time i started some new types of tournaments (not always successful) but these gave people a reason to fight above and beyond the normal ME's. Also started the scale model forum and this did very well if i do say so myself. So always plenty to do.

But from me its good bye for now and I really do hope life leads me back this way again. I had some great times here and have met some great guys who i can call friend and who have a bed at mine if they ever get over to my part of the World.

All the best

Too bad you retire Marcus. But real life is more important. I also had intended to leave this game but now I'm back. Only I play very quiet.
Good luck in your life.
Hi Marcus; I can understand where you are coming from, so thanks for the efforts and take care. I would jump back on board but SP doesn't float my boat anymore, though I do miss running a ladder.

Cheers mate!
Thanks for all you've done for this forum Wigam.
And I'm glad your RL is going well.

I'm sure you'll be around in the future.
cheers
Marcus,

You were a exceptional leader on this forum, and will be missed.

Wishing you a long and happy life, and do stop by when you can.
Tally Ho Old Chap!
Thanks for your efforts in looking after the SP Forum...and all the rest of the tournies and stuff you've done for the lads over the years.
Super glad to hear life is treating you well bro, long may it last.

I hardly ever have a battle running these days as life is just getting in the road.
I am afraid I will not be a candidate for ladder commander, sorry.

Thanks again and good luck!

I'm glad to hear that you're doing well but honestly you are going to be missed here. So don't be a stranger, drop by anytime even if you don't have time to play.

All the best
It's a pity to see you go mate. Good luck and hope to see you back some day.

By the way, thanks for the offer on that bed. I just notice that you made sure not to list you addressBig Grin
Just kidding, it's too far for me to travel.
Sorry to see you go Marcus but glad your life is full, you are correct since moving to NZ I do not have the inclination to busy enjoying myself outdoors to find time for gaming.
Thanks for all the hard work you put into this. Good luck.
