I have a new East Front scenario under development - Bedlam in Belorussia. :eek1: :cool2:
Hawk and I are working out the major "kinks" in it now... and once that is complete... I'll open it up in the H2H section for other players to test and input.
Bedlam in Belorussia
June 26, 1944
Belorussia, Russia: [Best Played Versus Human Opponent] [FIC] [GD] In the days immediately following the launch of Operation Bagration against Army Group Centre, many German Army formations found themselves cut off and being called upon to defend impossible frontages with inadequate forces. On the afternoon of June 25, 1944, retreating elements of the German 260th Infantry Division near Orsha, were ordered to halt and dig in, with the promise of motorized reinforcements. Hasty defenses were thrown up over night. Shortly after dawn on June 26, the ominous sound of tank treads and the sight of enormous dust clouds in the east, signaled the arrival of advance elements of the Russian 5th Guards Tank Army, 3rd Belorussian Front. It would be a day that both Soviet and German soldiers would not soon forget. [All: Optional EA: No VV]
