Got to thinking now that the cd doesn't need to be in the drive to play is it kosher to sell or trade the game to another player? Please help answer this question.

Might be a question for HPS - but yes, it should be okay, as long as neither party keeps a copy of the game installed on the hard drive - same rule as before, basically.
