I took Charlie's 037 historical Battle of Waterloo scenario and changed the ratings for all leaders and units. In this version they are; for leaders: D D; and for units: C. Why? Why not. Just wanted to make a new scenario for the club to mess around with. This battle is very familiar so why not throw in curve? I'm lazy and this was the easiest way to change the scenario's dynamics. No reason why I picked D D or C. My finger just landed on the 3 key for leaders and the 4 key for units while typing.
