This indirect fire battery begins the game deployed & fixed but has no targets, unlike all the other deployed and fixed indirect fire batteries surrounding Namur. Is this a design feature? jonny :conf:

Yes. Often by the time it is released it is stockpiled too but has nothing to shoot at. :smoke:
Yes, it is intentional. That force was a covering force / blocking force to the southeast of Namur, not the main assault force. So, it gets released when the whole of the division is released and the unit is deployed in such as way to fire on enemy that might try to sortie out in that direction (hindsight says that won't happen, so they are fixed to keep the user from doing something silly with them).

No problem, I don't mind answering questions even if it detracts me from playing my F14 turns. ;)
