Hello friends. Sorry to resort to you on this site but I can not find answers elsewhere.
Someone played Panzer campaign?
I tried to play more than 20 times the tutorial and I can not win. I have some doubts. Can someone help?
Aw, yes, siree ... With my penchant for the operation "Market - Garden" the first out of the Panzern Campaigns series and actually the only that I have played out to the last scenario availabale was obviously "Market - Garden '44". After I had played all the smaller scenarios covering varoius stages and areas of the operation with success shifting in and out of my hand if I can remember well - that was summer '08 - I moved on to the campaign scenario with the Deelen airfield option. That was a stunning victory for my side - the only game covering that operation in which I managed to grab and hold the Arnhem bridge along with the rest of the objectives and make huge casualties for Jerries - that was one of the flaws: historically the losses on both sides were smaller, but perhaps my operation was even more brutal and unforgiving Fiery.I mamaned to airlift the 52nd Lowlands Div to their AO north of the bridge.
I didn't achieve that in TOAW III nor Airborne Assault: Highway to the Reich were my Red Devils were mercilessly slaughtered and annihilated time after time or Battlegrounds, with no regard to other games dealing with "Market - Garden" .That also made me suspicious about what's wrong ( or great? ... ) with that game. I came to the conclusion that Panzer Campaigns and Squad Battles for me are a paler shades of TOAW III and Steel Panthers - respectively.
Now on to the tutorial - I didn't win that either, I guess I didn't even grab the Joe's Bridge ( er ...which would not become such then ... I am affraid :conf:)at Neerpelt - but that did not kept me from trying.

Move to other scenarios so You can see yourself - and to another thread at another ladder here. Good luck.
Thanks for answering. When I have time I will try TOAW III.
