Here is the latest version (V2) of the PDF file that allows you to quickly check to what level any title has been updated to, the new file now includes the Kharkov '43 1.01 update just released.

If you have V1 just overwrite it. ;)

I do remember that someone (was it you) did a spreadsheet showing what was in the update (options and new features) game by game. Or was I dreaming?

No i was not my idea, that was a guy called Rui who created the changes list in the way you describe, however with more changes coming along and the gap between what the most up to date and the last title to be updated getting wider i felt that approach would not work any more, so i went for the "simple" option! ;)
