Where can I locate reinforcement data so I can look up Protection Values?

Thanks
I think you can highlight protected hexes. I think it's under the view/shade menu.
But only the side affected by the protected hex's can see them using that feature, caught me out a few times!

Thanks, I always wondered what the menu option did. I've never seen it show anything on the map before.

That is what I was hoping to prevent. Having your units disappear, could sure put a monkey wrench into your plans!
Then it achieves what you want, Checkmate. It will show hexes that you should avoice as your enemy will or at least could bring on reinforcements at some point that will impact you, so you can see the hexes with this on.

If you want to see your protected hexes, you must either open the scenario in the scenario editor and look at the reinforcements dialogue or it may be that opening the scenario with FOW off shows it too, but I don't think so.
Will the protected hexes show up being shaded?

Yes. See the attached images from a Market Garden custom scenario I made - the protected hexes on show the highlight for reinforcements with protected hex settings, and it shows for all future reinforcements, so a hex is shaded even if it is only the last reinforcement that extends to it, if that makes sense.

Thanks a bunch Ricky B for showing an example!
My pleasure! And I should have clarified, the images are from the allied player POV, showing German unit reinforcements. It was in my original message but IE crapped out when I clicked on the attach file the first time around, then it cooperated the second time.

Rick
what happens if you lay mines in those hexes prior to the troops coming on-then run your E's out of the protected hexes?
