I'm not missing anything there, but I don't read manuals much I have to admit. Now that we're talking about MW, perhaps it is an idea to launch a scenario design contest soon after release. WF and EF have hundreds of scns; this game only has what comes with the purchase.
To be honest it is hard to tell if anything is "missing" from a posted index. You may have some rules and features rolled into other parts of the descriptions in your listed index? :eek1:
You do have movement, supply, combat, artillery subsections and separate section for helicopters, but nothing on air support?

Although it could be part of the combat section? :chin:

Just guessing. :whis:
