In the PzC series, is there a way to highlight armor units or anti tank units so they are easily visible?

Thanks
I am at work so I can't verify what can be selected. But looking at an older help file, which matches what I remember, there are only 2 specific unit types that can be highlighted - HQs and Engineers. Along with these you can highlight high fatigue units, low ammo/fuel, commanded, isolated, detached, etc. You can see the full current list by opening the game, going to View on the Menu, then Highlight.

Yes, those were the only units I was finding that could do that too. Thanks!

Has there ever been a discussions about adding such a feature that could be very useful and helpful?

It would sure save alot of time, for the game player. Manually having to look at every unit stack that had more than 2 counters, can be alot of work, especially when you have battles with alot of units on the map.
I have not seen a discussion of it, that I recall. I do see some benefit as you say - my best guess is the way the unit types are structured - engineers and HQs are fairly easy due to how they are setup, HQs are unique period while engineers are a flag. But I think AT guns and armor are unit types rather than flags - so it is doable but not using the same method as the other 2, so it may be more difficult to do and so the benefits must be weighed against the costs of doing it.

But now that you raised it it can be discussed and considered for passing along to Mr Tiller, thanks!

Personally it has rarely been an issue for me. I have 6 unit boxes show on my screen and rarely have more than that in a stack, so by stepping through units that have not used movement, as I almost always due, I can find my AT and armor.

I'd like to see a button like the ACW and NW games have where you can put the HQ's on top of stacks. I like to pick the HQ's and then use the highlight organization button to make sure I'm keeping divisions or brigades together. I tend to have a bad habit of throwing units around and in bigger games it is a real pain trying to track them all down and get them back together.
That would be great, but for the moment i use the "move to top of stack" feature to manually move my HQ's to this position.

That works as long as I remember to do it every time I come across one. But my wife will testify to the effectiveness of my memory.
