Hi,
This is the Airfix 1/72 Schnellboot (E boat). The handrails are all scratch built metal as are the gun barrels and some other parts.
The Revel Schnellboot is of a newer class 1943. I have one under construction.

The class were built 1933 -34 and by WWII they were used on a training squadron in the Baltic.
