Just in time for Christmas

At any rate this fascinating mod takes Red Victory and flips it upside on its head totally giving you a new experience.

It has. Go to his site and download away. Make sure to follow the instructions regarding having two copies of RV to utilize the summer and winter terrain...
I'm not seeing any download link. Am I missing it or is it not there?
I see it now!.. Thanks IronX!
I have posted today a picture example of how I installed it. This mod rocks by the way

Another look at the mod today and how I installed it

Today I have posted a video of gameplay with the mod. Excuse the crappy sound I have since figured out how to get FRAPS to record my desktop so it wont be this bad again

The upgrade to the graphics and sounds is fantastic, even with having to have two copies of the game on board. The one thing I've found with this mod, however, is if you play the scenarios without the modified OOBs, you often get this "X" counter art. Looking at the units file, it looks like he separated the nationalities with some X boxes. The random unit generator for most OOBs, however, puts those Xs into play at times. Not all the time, but I've seen it in a handful of scenarios I've opened.

I actually found this anomaly after trying the counter art in AoTR. There it seemed to be a bigger issue at times, and with so many post-release scenarios for AoTR out there, being able to differentiate the summer from winter scenarios might be next to impossible. It might simply be better to have the terrain and troops updated, but not try to make the winter scenarios into a separate game, unless the X anomaly can be adjusted.

I fired off an EMAIL with a screen shot or two to Andrew, but it is something to consider while playing non-OOB adjusted scenarios or importing the unit art into AoTR, unless an update can eliminate this artifact.
I kept 3 versions installed just in case. The mod is so yummy it has really got me wanting all my SB games made into that look.

I did capture a pretty awesome video today in my second FRAPS test where I torched two German armor vehicles with molotov's

If you don't install the unit files, things are fine. For me the terrain and the buildings are the most important files to transfer over anyway. Gives the game a totally different look. The Units are really nice as well, but aren't as necessary for me to complete the experience. The sounds are great as well.
