We've added a new CS forum "Scenario of the Month" right under the tournaments forum. The October/November scenario presently being discussed is "Crisis on the Oder." There are already Blitzers asking for opponents.

This is a new feature so consider it a work in progress and present any format ideas you might have as well as discussing this month's scenario.
