There will be with Modern Wars: Volume I.
Not sure if they are in the Campaign Series, but certainly something to add for the next UPDATE.

Not as such for France. Free French have Legion from platoon up to Demi Brigade, but as rifle platoons, not specially formulated legion troops. Is this necessary? Up the morale should do it.
