I just have installed the CS Matrix Edition on my new notebook.

now i want to update/-grade to the latest version which is 1.04

and here is my question:

a) can i simply install 1.04
or
b) do i have to install the older upgrades, e.g. 1.01.,1.02, 1.03., also?

Yes, it is cumulative so you can just install the 1.04 UPDATE.
