Gentlemen, as part of an upcoming mod for DF85, I'm seeking information on Dutch artillery battalion organization cicra 1985 through 1989. What I'm going to experiment with in playtest (among other things) is allowing many NATO field artillery battalions to split into batteries.

Unfortuantely, I'm drawing a blank on the Dutch arty unit org at the BN level. Can anyone point me to a good Netherlands data source? How, for example, does a 20-tube M109 arty unit break down at battery level? Two ten-gun batteries? Four five-gun batteries? Anyone know?

Regards,

Taffy
I'm not very sure, but i would bet that each battery has 6 howitzers or SP artillery.

In fact a complete SP art Btn in the 85-89 years has 18 M-109, and taking into account that they had 3 batteries... 6x3=18
