Nice how much and where from. They would be a rare beast now.

Are you going to open them, or are they collectors pieces?
I have the original Steel Panthers boxed game, but I bought it over 10 years ago, so had to open it to play

Is the whole set of SP (not including WaW) ?

I got the entire set. I, II, II and all the campaigns. Picked them up at a yard sale late last century. They are opened and none of them will run on this computer. If I stopped and thought about it I would be amazed by how much the game has evolved.

They were roughly a 100us for both out of Amazon.
And yes, they´re intended as collector pieces.
Cross: That´s a fine collection, I did think about getting them all but started by the one I think commenced it all, since that´s the code that survived and upon wich winsp games are based.

oops.. hit the wrong 'reply' button.. yuck-yuck.. perhaps a senior moment?? dang!! :whis:
Actually, WinSP and WinMBT are based on SP-2 code, and SPWAW variants are based on SP-3 code..
older DOS versions of game (SP-1, -2, -3) won't play on most newer systems because the ancient graphics codes are no longer supported..
I still have SP-3 and SP-2, but no campaign disks..
$100 US eh? who would have thought.. I bought my SP-3 for $20 in 1999, and SP-2 from e-bay in 2002 for .. $5.00
still have the disc I burned SPWAW 1.0 on sitting in my 'don't know what to do with it' software box..
fun stuff, eh?
