I am thinking about running a mirror games double elimination tournament.

Scenarios will be in the range of 16 moves per scenario with a time limit of 45 days per mirror match.

If you lose one mirror match, you drop into the loser bracket, but can still win the tournament.

If you lose two matches you are out.

I'm working on a method of scoring because we can't have any tied games.

I am currently accepting participants with an interest in such a contest.

Thank you,

Pat

In the event of a draw, the player closest to the victory points could be deemed the winner. In the probably unlikely case of identical points, you could toss a coin.
Good luck with the tourney,Pat
That is one good idea I may use Rod.

Thank you.

OK, Lizardking and Wolfman are in.

I'm not limited to any particular number of participants. So, registration will remain open until I've worked out a few things such as being able to post a bracket somewhere that I can manipulate as results come in and being able to break ties.

We may well use victory points to score games.

If you and your opponent were to split a match (both scoring minor victories), then combined points scored would break the tie.

Any suggestions welcome.
