My computer instructions say all I have to do to print the screen as it appears on my computer is to click PrtSc and then open a document and use Edit and Paste to transfer it to that document.

However, "Paste" does not appear after having taken this action?

Would like to send scenario picture to someone.

Any help appreciated.

Pat
I think maybe you need to open the receiving program first Pat? Then prtsc and paste?

CTRL + V

...is how you paste.

Make sure the screen you want is the active window and hit the print screen button. For reasons unknown, it doesn't always "take". I usually hit it 2-3 times. Then open the document you want to paste it into, make sure that's the active window and "paste" or control-v. If a program won't allow the screen shot paste, paste won't be an option. Should work in PowerPoint or Word and any image program like Paint, Photoshop, etc.
Hi Guys, I use microsoft paint program...

Press Print Screen, close out/save game, open you Paint program, which should be under all programs when you click on START, or go into your program folder and open it from there, when Paint comes up, click on Edit and then click on Paste, and the screen shot will show up...:)

I use it all the time to study for the next move and to keep track of Strength Point loss or Victory, just bring up the Strength Point Loss screen or Victory Conditions screen and then press Print Screen and that also will be captured in your screen shot.

By the way, if you don't want to close out of the game yet, or want to take screens as you go to study later or for an after action report, leave the imaging progrom (ie Paint) open and hit the alt-tab keys. All open apps will show up in a box. Keep the alt key pressed and just tab to the program you want active. Paste in your screen shot and alt-tab back to the game.
