All these years, and I have never gotten deep into a Smolensk Campaign. I am looking for a stalwart Soviet to defend Smolensk, stock scenario with:

Artillery Setup
Recon Spotting
VST
Night Fatigue
Prefer No File Save but is negociable
Several turns/week minimum

Please be a club member on the ladder.

Marquo :-)
No takers? Do we need to do VMs version?

Marquo
I am willing to do the stock version, with the Red Army. Your rules are acceptable. Not sure what the mo file save is?

-Bill
Wow Marquo . . . never done a campaign in S41?!

You are in for a treat! Great campaign.

I once got a bit into the campaign and the Russian player was ingenious and quite challenging, but he up and disappeared. I have always wondered what could happen deep into this battle. Any insights??

Check out the articles section, i believe there is quite a bit of info there. ;)
Hey Marquo, would it be possible for you and your opponent to make an AAR? I'd love to see screenies of the action.

I'll try. I am also playing a game solo - and my ruskies are kicking the my Axis butt all over the map. This is a very deceptive campaign - it is not a cake walk for the Axis.

I may have room for another S'41 campaign - if so, are you interested? It depends on how many turns a week my current opponent can play.

Marquo:)
