I got a question, do SAM's go in use once there in Local or Tactical reserve, Dug in, or Mobile? Also whats the best way to tell if there anti-air umbrella is working?

Good question, and I don't know the answer. I think "dug in" would be the most likely, but they may also work in those other modes. If you run some tests, let us know.
