Hi all!
My parents-in-law have a computer problem. They are running Mac OS X Snow Leopard and their computer will not start correctly. At first the Apple Symbol appears and after a while a blue screen without any desktop symbols. We have already tried "Repair Volume" but without success. Any help will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
