I noticed (through hard experience) that if an engineer enters a minefield with a leader the engineer unit gets attacked by the minefield.
I don't recall it being this way before (pre Matrix).
It does not make a lot a sense to me that this happens (especially when it is the commander of the engineer unit).
Can this be fixed?

Have you gotten any damage to those engineers?
I've noticed the same thing you have, but haven't said anything yet because I haven't suffered any damage. Could be lucky die rolls too.

Yes that is why I posted this. Engineers without a leader move into a minefield without the little minefield explosion. With a leader the minefield explodes. Last one cost me Reduced 2! :mad:

Hey Hawk,
I noticed that the mine clearing tanks sometimes have that same thing happen when they move into the mine hex. It does this without the leader sometimes and sometime not, not sure that this is dice roll related or not. We're testing Dan's D-Day monster and I've noticed it some but haven't said anything yet about it ???? Seeing your post made me wonder if its a bug or not.
