Cam, it looks interesting. :smoke:
Do you want the players to use Extreme Assault or Variable Visibility? Or, not use any options? :chin:

I'm willing to try it out if anyone wants to give it a go. I'm just not a fan of EA and/or Variable Visibility.
If the scenario was balanced using EA I can do that! :)

Note- German reinforcements have a low morale due to their intoxicatication

Just bumping this up to keep it on the first page and to ask a question.
Was this playtested against a human? If not, did you play as Allies?

And, EA would have minimal effect on the first six or so turns. :chin:

Hi All
I only toyed with the computer as an opponent on this scenario. I started it up against a human opponent but we have not got very far.
I do beleive I sent a copy to the depot for testing but I may be wrong.
As a result this is a very " raw " version

The map and OOB are as accurate as I could possibly make them

Problems with the scenario will likely be victory conditions and objectives. It is also hard to incorporate some of the historical aspects. The Germans were hit with alot more airpower and artillery than I have in the scenario. For example the French called in 3 flights of Typhoons with about 6 planes in each flight. The French also had excellent information on the German positions from the local villagers.

I can only say that my opponent and I ended the game at turn seven. :(

Let's just say, that in that area of France, Sherman hulk scrap metal will be a staple in their economy, Panthers can take a punch as well as give it, and drunk German's can fight well. Eek

Adjusting the victory conditions, more allied smoke, and expanding the map could help?
Though I did say the Germans could use more infantry early in the match, I'm not sure they are needed. The engineer reinforcements may be enough.
