I apologize for any personal attacks made by myself.

The whole point of the Nazi occupation of Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Poland, Russia) was population decimation. This was a foreign policy decision and there can be no doubt about it. The German Army got caught up in it, as a tool for a national state whose foreign and domestic policies were determined by biological principles. Mein Kampf spells it all out.
