A while back, I bought War in the Pacific (BTW a game that to me is totally incomprehensible...or at least the mechanics of how to manipulate it..)

I just checked my profile, and see that is now the only game I own and play!! I can't recall adding it, and I am sure I didn't scrub CS. But how does one change this....not evident to me from the Change Profile Function?

Click Member Page button.
Select Change Member General Data

Scroll down to: What games do you wish to show listed?
Use the control key to select multiple games.
If you want to add more games to your ladder profile you will need to press the control key and make your selections. It sounds like you "added" WiP but did not hold down the button, allowing for multiple selections. Just click on WiP to "un-highlight". Then click on your selections. Remember to hold down the control button for multi selections.

Thanks mate. cheers
:stir: Whilst I acknowledge my lack of computer savvy, I would have thought one user profile would be sufficient. We are not dealing with issues vital to national security.
No worries mate. I'm always here to help. :smoke:

A couple years back the forums were updated. The existing forums were "added to" and not "part of" the Blitz site pages. Therefore the forums have a different "profile page" and password that is exclusive to itself.

I'm not sure that was ever clearly explained to the members. It is also why you can have a separate password for The Blitz site and the forum pages. Which causes confusion. :conf:
Further confusion is that the ladder uses info from you Blitz member page.
Take your "e-mail address" for one? It can be different on the forum from that on the Blitz ladder (through your member page). If you do not update both your member page and forum pages you could have two e-mail addresses. One may be valid and one not valid.
When you send a request in for a forgotten password, the two areas will send to the e-mail addresses that they have. If either are invalid you may never get the e-mail showing your password?

I understand that the club is updating the site and these issues may be addressed at that point.
But, the club leadership would know best if that is correct? :chin:

Same with me, VE...I think that is dependent on how many posts one makes.
In other words the more crap one puts out the higher one goes......
just like the real world
One day you may both join the rank of The Grumbler?

Guys,
Ed is correct, the MyBB forum software just cannot be integrated with the old site as it stands and so through nobody's fault we ended up with a poor situation with two profile pages, i am sure some old timers remember the old forum which was not very user friendly and so MyBB was a huge step forward. :whis:

Anyway with the new site that Raz has built from scratch the MyBB software will be fully integrated into the site and as i understand it there will only be one place to change settings for everything, we just have to be patient for poor old Raz to finish!!
Long as I am able to rise to my full level of incompetence I shall be able to reat well in my grave :-)
