How important is elevation?
Does the game provide any shift for an unit attacking up slope

What about travel?
Is there any decrease in movement points when moving from a lower elevation to a higher?
I know that sometimes an elevation will block visibility, are there any other cosiderations?
Elevations do impact both movement and combat - variables which are set in the PDT. Also affects visibility. So holding the high ground can be an advantage.
You can find much information in Parameter Data. Elevation advantage is +10% TEM.
Yup every value you need to know is in the PDT which you can bring up at any time by pressing F4. ;)
Thanks for the answers
is the parameter modification for each level of elevation or just one moidification regardless of the elevation level-say in kursk 200 shooting at 220 you gonna be penalized once right (10%) what if you were say 160m shooting up to 220m, would you still only be hit for a -10?

For combat - up hill is up hill
For movement it is calibrated for the actual change in elevation
