Two of my favorite opponents/tutors have seemingly and voluntarily removed themselves from the Blitz CS board.
I understand the reasoning, but I am hoping that after a few days they will have made their collective statement and return.
Both of these individuals have provided me with their kind and thoughtful assistance in my pathetic, but enthusiast gaming career and they are missed even after half-a-day.

Your gaming skills are fine at least I enjoy playing you...you have been a tough fighter and worthy opponent and team mate.
Lastly everyone here really likes it here and it is hard to break the addiction for very long :-)
So live some,work some,play some and laugh a lot it is good for the soul.

Sound words VE, I think its a shame that it has come down to people getting banned for a time period. I find it hard to believe that people have to resort to name calling, manual quoting, snide scarcastic remarks, to prove a point. Keep in mind why we're all here, to play and discuss a game. Lets not lose sight of the fact its a game and no more.

I feel sorry and apologize because it was me who brought up at some point this time scale question. From now on I promise I will read manuals more carefully and not always believe my eyes.

Dmitry...you have NOTHING to apologise for. The topic was, and is, a perfectly valid one. Game scale........certainly a strange one to cause such passion and venom...some of it mine...but there you are.
I do think it was allowed to go on far too long, but the bottom line is that moderator discipline should not be necessary if we all act with reasonable good manners, and connect brain to keyboard before typing. Easy to forget, sometimes
