Dien Bien Phu barely squeaked out a win over AoTR in the run-off election. As was mentioned before, I envision this tourney getting underway after Labor Day and the AIW Tourney wraps up.

Reply here if you have an interest in playing so I can get the preliminary work started. I am planning a full 3 game tourney this time around. Suggestions for scenarios are also welcome.
