you are too late. Miguel already joined the MCGC, the bounty is mine :P

Just like to encourage people to build up existing sites too - not just draw people away to one location. Its always possible to register games at multiple locations, and if activity is kept up in many places (MCGC, Blitz, GS, etc.) then there's a greater chance the community will grow...if everyone goes into the relatively obscure corner of the MCGC (Or any of the wargame.ch clubs for that matter) then the places that get the larger "general public" traffic won't have the activity hence the lack of exposure.
