Thanks to all who contributed to the map pack. Much appreciated!
Yes, thank you all.
Thanks guys.

How many maps do you have in SPww2, MBT and WaW?

I have:

461 MBT maps

560 SPWW2 maps

(I just looked at 'properties' for the map folder, which tells me how many files, then divided by two. I also went into the map folder, sorted by file type and counted the handful of txt files, which I deducted.)

202 WaW maps (These were in numeric order with no gaps, so didn't have to figure it out)

I moved some maps from MBT over to SPWW2 (where I spend most of my time). I suspect some of my WW2 maps may be duplicates; because I downloaded them twice or something, but it's quite hard to tell.

Does anyone have any organizational tips?

If I had time I'd put them all on some sort of spreadsheet so I could sort by name, size, country, theatre or season. Dreaming... :chin:
Map pack 2 has already begun with Wigam contributing some maps, and I am working on my next St. Julian and Kitcheners Wood.

Some folks have contacted me saying they think their maps are no good because they haven't been played on. To me a good map is one that is fair to both sides, the terrain does not favour one over the other. That does not mean you cannot have beach assaults or fortified positions etc.

As I stated before, Winsp comes with lots of maps, but IMO too many of them cannot really be played on. Either they are all city grids, which is ok if that is what you are going for, or they have huge rivers running through them with one or two wooden bridges etc. I am not saying these maps are no good, but when I look for a map to play on I look for one with max flexibility so all types of missions can be played on it.
