I am trying to download the scenario 'Breakthrough at Orsha' designed by von Niemack from the scenario database but am unable to do so. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I could not find "highway.scn" in the FTP area of the scenario dBASE. Nor, was it in my game folder. I tried three times to download from the regular scenario download area but I got the error message each time.
A Supermod may need to look at the scenario dBASE and see what is hanging up the file? Or, a member who collects scenarios may be able to forward you the game files?
Beyond that I am not sure what to do.
