I have two H2H scenarios located in the CS H2H holding area with the title 'Death Road at Oltarzew', both seem identical except that one has a single file and one has a zip file with 3 files inside??

Can you let myself, Valor or Von Luck know what the situation with these scenarios is please. ;)

The one with the zip file containing the .org, .map and .scn is the right one. If you could delete the entry with one file, that would be great.
