A number of you may remember my old utility from a few years ago. Well, the title states it all!

Major points:

All 17 titles are now supported.

Maps have been resized to take advantage of larger widescreen monitors.

Newer format OOB and saved game formats supported.

Hope you enjoy it. You can download from here: Darkness Studios

Note: You need the basic Version 1.4 Update 4 package and the new Update 5 package for a new install.
Mmm... I installed both 1.4 and the 1.5 update. It does not identify all my PzC games; only some of them. I edited the config file and it doesn't change. Any advise?

Great tool!

Thanks,
Bob
Hi there.

It identifies if games are present my interrogating the registry. No registry setting for a game, it will not look for it.

There is an alternate check method. In the PzCStab.ini file:

Code:
[PzCStab]
Version=14
CheckGameMethod=0
...

Change the CheckGameMethod=1

But I cannot remember what it then does...:cheeky:
It self-destructs! :cool:

Actually it did nothing (that I could tell).
Unless I have the wrong file - I edited the config settings file.
I'll try to re-install it PzStab again, making the change before installing.

BTW, my games aren't in the registry because I didn't install them the old-fashioned way; just copied them from the backup of my old computer.

Nope, can't do that. Can't even see the config file before installing ... or after for that matter.

That is why Stab cannot find them. At a minimum, run Regedit and add for example the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HPS Simulations\Moscow '41

It does not need values under this, it must just exist for each game you have. Then Stab will go looking for it.
That did it. Thanks!
No problem!

I "Googled" it & I think that you need to go here to download version 1.4a. I went to the link provided in the thread starter but I don't know where to go from there. Clicking on the bottom file gets me the message that I don't have permission to access that file.
