Sounds good ....... arty llimits?......I have DL version all slots open...what do you consider elite? are we talking units with a plus morale and experience mod if so above what level?
AHhh arty.......10% total force, prefer onboard.
Troop training no mod's...........no SS, para, gerber, mountain, just plain old regular troops. You can use less than zero though if you want.
