Let me make a few suggestions on how your CS posting may be better received by players.
1. Please don't use all caps in your messages. It is annoying and the equivalent to shouting in real life.
2. It is best NOT to equalify your message by implying that there exists many CS players who cheat (cheeting). In my gaming experience, cheaters are few and far between...
3. It would be helpful to better understand your CS gaming experience. I assume you are a new player? More details in your posting would be helpful.
